These operational rules explain how the current free trial handles your files.

Upload only authorized material

Upload documents you own or are authorized to process. Follow your organization’s data-sharing requirements and use the service only for lawful purposes.

What we process

The service receives file content, format and size, task parameters and session information needed to run the requested redaction. Technical usage limits help maintain service availability. Document content is not used for advertising or model training.

Processing and retention

Files are processed only on servers we manage. Task data become eligible for automatic deletion 24 hours after the task ends; active jobs and shared source files follow the retention rules in Security & data for the cleanup rules and exceptions.

Results and availability

Automated redaction can miss information. Users remain responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate to share. The free trial has capacity and file limits; it does not include a contractual uptime or accuracy guarantee.

Payments

The current trial does not collect payments, create subscriptions or renew purchases. Commercial terms and operator contact details must be completed before paid plans are introduced.
