Your current task
The website remembers the last submitted job in this browser. Return to the homepage to check progress or download. Use the same browser session or API key; a different session cannot retrieve your task.
Waiting or reconnecting
A connection interruption does not cancel the server job. Check the existing task rather than submitting another copy. Large scanned PDFs take longer than short text files.
API key expired?
Trial keys are tied to a session lasting up to 24 hours. Generating a new key revokes the old key. Keep credentials out of shared screenshots and public issue reports.
PDF text extraction
The output PDF is rasterized. For text-oriented downstream processing, use supported TXT or DOCX workflows, or account for an additional OCR step.
Service availability
The status response reports worker availability and cleanup health. It does not expose document content or individual tasks.
